Pork pancreas is the pancreas of domestic pigs that can be eaten. Pork pancreas is located in the belly of the pig and is connected horizontally with the pig intestines, like a tongue. The Cantonese calls "tongue" as "swallow", so it is also called "pig squat", which has nothing to do with "pig squat" (pig tongue) . Pork pancreas has the effect of clearing dampness and heat. The pig glutinous rice has a high medicinal value and can be used as a herbal soup.
