Delivery time
Monday to Sunday 10:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00, these two periods of time are selected, but there is no designated delivery time. The customer service will contact the consignee before the product is dispatched, and the outsourced transportation courier company will also contact the consignee before the product is about to arrive at the destination.
Estimated delivery date/delivery notes
The actual delivery date and time depends on different factors such as the delivery address, manpower arrangement and weather effects, and the information displayed on the payment page shall prevail. If the delivery fails due to personal reasons, the customer needs to make up for the full freight. Note: Tenements, hospitals, shipping centers, floors without elevators, and village houses are all delivered downstairs.
